· By Press Office · 27 comments

Team MTN-Qhubeka p/b Samsung are happy to unveil its 2015 range of Cervélo bikes it will be using this season. MTN-Qhubeka p/b Samsung will be making use of all 3 of Cervélo’s top end road frames, the R5, S5 and P5.

All the bikes will be equipped with ROTOR rings, cranks and power meters, KMC chains, 3T cockpits, ENVE wheels, Ceramic Speed bearings, and Sella Italia saddles. Schwalbe tires finish of the bikes.

The S5 (link) will more often than not be the bike of choice for our sprinters and classics riders. The aero design coupled with super stiffness make it the perfect bike for the flat and undulating races.

The R5 (link) you will find under the likes of Merhawi Kudus and Louis Meintjes most often. The lightweight and super responsive frame will make for the perfect bike to be attacking in the mountains with.

The tried and tested P5 (link) will obviously be the weapon of choice in all races against the clock. MTN-Qhubeka p/b Samsung will be lucky enough to make use of the uniquely integrated 3T-Cervélo cockpit on the P5. A set up only possible with these two brands.

The accents should have had a bit of yellow in them.... That would've sealed the Sexyness of those bikes so much more...

But, they are still respectfully gorgeous bikes... Shoo!!!!

Did you ask him why? I know a lot of the teams ride Ultegra Cassette and Chains, as they can get more mileage on them (What I heard)

No, too busy trying to hold his wheel! :D I assumed MTN had to buy the groupsets and are not a Shimano sponsored team?

Remember these guys are spending the money where it matters. Not much difference between ultegra Di2 and DA Di2 is only cost and weight.

Perhaps durability vs weight (Ultegra/DA) taken preference to stay with UCI weight restrictions?
