The #IsuzuTrucksPEPlett MTB kicks off tomorrow from Wedgewood with over 250 entrants taking part in the four day mountain biking event in pursuit of arriving in Plettenberg Bay this Sunday.
The four day event guides cyclists through multiple stunning landscapes that the South Coast has to offer, allowing cyclists and crew to indulge in the beautiful coastal views through to the lush mystical forestry of the Tsitsikamma.
Each year the #IsuzuTrucksPEPlett follows a different and unique path, ensuring the event is never the same. With the heavy rains the coast as experienced over the last couple of days, it is expected that the route may be varied slightly to accommodate the cyclists as much as possible. Cyclists can look forward to clear skies from tomorrow morning, just in time for the start.
Entrants can expect a phenomenal event organised by the Red Cherry crew. Race is hosted by a unique venue each evening. Here cyclists can indulge in De Doorns wines and Namibian Breweries on tap; all accompanied with live music creating a fantastic atmosphere to enjoy after a long day of single track and jeep track.
