Discounts on Manual Entries until 30th June 2019

Very few entries remain as we have a cut off at 350 riders to maintain the unique event experience for the riders – that keeps them coming back for more. The event has SOLD OUT for the past few years. We are still offering a 10% discount if you enter MANUALLY as we understand that life can be expensive. Enter now by emailing zandile@drevilclassic.com for a R500 discount on your entry fee in June!

Did we mention the Beautiful Varied Routes with Manageable Daily Distances for all level of Experience?

Stage 1 – 70km, 2 and 3 are only 50km in length.

With three race villages – including a Game Farm, a Dairy Farm on a protected Coastal Corridor and a Polo Estate (with a brand new 10km single track section), riders will get to see the best that Plett has to offer. Plett in Spring is a gorgeous spectacle to behold and the Dr Evil Classic offers you three days of varied magical mountain biking.

We are busy preparing our menu with Chef Grant Ludski from the Knysna Hollow Country Estate. Grant heads up a dynamic and vibrant, health conscious team, providing world class catering for sports events, conferences and weddings. He will ensure that the menu for the Dr Evil Classic is delicious and nutritious.

Spend some time getting to know Leon Evans aka Dr Evil

Whose nature contradicts his nickname. Leon is on site daily for briefings and meals and then goes out on to the routes with his team to take care of you each day.

Meet Jaco, Cecil and Francois Bosman who all hail from Knysna. These fine young men are brothers and have all entered both the Buco Lions Karoo to Coast and the Buco Dr Evil Classic 3 Day Stage AGAIN in 2019. There is going to be a LITTLE bit of Sibling Rivalry as these three finely tuned machines race against each to other to have the least bum time in the saddle over the two events. We welcome you to challenge them and ride to win the newly introduced Best of Both Worlds prize sponsored by the events, Kurland Polo Estate, Knysna Pocket Breaks and our valued bicycle partner Scott.
