Less than a year after the extremely successful launch of the Carbon Inflite CF SLX cyclocross bike, Canyon has increased it’s portfolio of this race-oriented off-roader with CF SL and AL SLX model variants. From ambitious cyclocrossers to beginners, there are now various levels of carbon fibre and aluminium frames to choose from in this challenging sport. With one AL SLX, four CF SL and one CF SLX versions of the Inflite, the Canyon portfolio now includes six equipment variants, supplemented by a CF SL frame kit.
All models share the same uncompromising “Cross Pro” geometry as the Canyon 2018 Inflite CF SLX. Short chainstays and a short stem give maximum agility on twisty racetracks, with a long reach and central seating position for the best control. For frame sizes 3XS and 2XS, Canyon continues to rely on the use of 650B wheels to achieve the same geometry for these models. All models use the “Canyon One One Four Inflite CF Disc” full carbon fork with flat mount disc brake mounts and 12×100-millimeter through axle.

Depending on the model, customers can choose one-by and two-by drivetrains (Sram, Shimano) as well as the Canyon integrated cockpit and the conventional handlebar-stem setup. Prices start at 1,399 Euro for the Inflite AL SLX 6.0 Race and go up to 4,599 euros for the top model, the Inflite CF SLX 9.0 Race. #takeflite
