The Hightower is a dual suspension trail bike from Santa Cruz, designed to accommodate 29″ or 27.5″+ wheels. We have a 29er build on test. The bike features 135mm of Santa Cruz’s VPP suspension system, provided by a RockShox Monarch RT3 shock paired with a 140mm RockShox Pike fork.

Lyne Components Crankset
Lyne Components first grabbed our attention with their reasonably priced Contour dropper seatpost. The company has now expanded their range to cranks and chainrings with the Pulse range.
The Pulse is an alloy crank with a direct mount chainring designed for cross-country and trail purposes. The crankset includes a narrow/wide chainring and a bottom bracket. The Pulse crankset is priced at R1,699.

That Lyne Pulse is pretty sweet looking.
