Frosty Posted July 3, 2011 Share and your top 10 are as follows: Pos.Hubber - Stage Total + (GC Total) = Total Pts1. SwissVan - 38 (30) = 682. Tridude - 27 (30) = 572. Conti - 26 (30) = 564. BAMF - 25 (30) = 555. Juice - 34 (20) = 546. Sacrosanct - 24 (30) = 547. Baldrick - 28 (20) = 488. StevieL - 28 (20) = 488. Squier - 27 (20) = 4710. splat - 18 (20) = 38the rest The GC score is only an indicative score at the moment, as it can only be added once the podium on the last day has been determined. So the real score at the moment is the one that appears after your name.

Frosty Posted July 5, 2011 Share No, no, no. I think it's one team of nine riders, but you can select your nine riders from any three teams, not four teams, nor shall you select from only two teams, actually, frosty, can you pick all 9 from one or two teams?a bit late to be replying now, but it's any 9 riders from all 198 participants kthanks Tank, sent Frosty my picks. Am I right that the only reason we pick 3 teams is for the TTT? If that is the case I have stuffed that up.As you've probably figured out by now, the first three teams in the TTT scored points, BUT...... the team that is leading the "team" competition each day will also score you points, so you have a 1/3 chance of getting points on a daily basis Ah, f*&kkit. Go drink wine.Red Merlot??
Frosty Posted July 5, 2011 Share Thanks, pardon the noob line of questioning, but why am I picking 9 riders AND 3 teams..?You're picking the 9 riders who YOU THINK will score the most (competition) points for you over the 3 week period. You're also picking 3 teams who YOU THINK will score the most points over the same 3 week period - the Team TT is the quickest way of getting points (15), but there are 20 other stages where you can get 1 daily points should one of your teams hold the No 1 position in the team classification. Last year, points were only awarded for your 9 selected riders - top 3 places on each stage, the daily jersey holders and the top5 on the final GC.There was no Team TT last year, unlike 2009 where 1 team selection was allowed. This year, I've added more opportunities for you guys/gals to score points - top 5 on each stage, top 5 on the GC at the end of each stage, most aggressive rider (daily), the top team (daily), the daily jersey holders and the top 5 on the final GC. Trying to keep it simple, but FUN!!
