There are a few rough sections on the R550 approaching the R23 (both directions).

Potholes will be fixed/repaired before race day

One week left to enter online.

Good news - we've negotiated with the Dial Direct Pothole Brigade to fix the potholes, not sure who's more excited - them or us.

ya please people... save the cyclists and fix the potholes....

And marshals with common sense is also a plus. Not like at emperors where you had to ask which way to go. Or at the one intersection where there was a man handing out papers in the middle of the road. The marshal should have told him to get the hell out of there.

I feel better now.... thank you

I always enjoy this race - nice fast and flat - for big people like me little drag in the middle not a problem. Looking forward to it

Yip, most of our marshals are cyclists - so they know what cyclists expect.

On a side - why was this race not listed on the supercycling webpage?

It's all about cost, or at least finding ways of keeping the costs down.

Will it affect the final numbers?? Time will tell
