bclark Posted January 5, 2012 Share Guys I had a problem, just before Christmas, with a slight tear in my wetsuit (Orca S3). I made a posting on Thehub for advice, emailed Fluidlines (they got back to me too), but Terry of Xterra offered to collect and help out from my house. Lucky my wife, works close or is enroute for Terry. And low and behold, not only did he fix my suite, he returned it that same day. Terry, I would like to thank you and I wish to recognize the outstanding service and support you have offered.The service levels and turn around time on problem resolution absolutely and without a doubt the best I have seen in a long time.
