Online Bike Shop Merlin Cycles

I wish to purchase a groupset from Merlin Cycles in the UK.

 

I have a few questions-

1) Has any body used them before?

2) Good or bad experiences?

2) The site offers UPS shipping, 1 to 3 days. Is this true?? I have used DHL from chain reaction and seen a week from order to delivery.

I have bought from them, was a very good experience. Bought a fork, was shipped using their free shipping. Paid at about 8pm on wednesday night, was delivered to my office on Monday morning by UPS

I used them a few months ago.

I ordered at 7am (they open at 9). Product was shipped from their warehouse at 12, via Royal Mail (since the item wasn't that expensive) and it arrived quickly. Only delay was due to SAPO striking.

I have great service from Merlin and can recommend.

I must say the 2 last orders I had from crc there packaging was terrible.
