Contact the organisers - they can help you.... My small is on it's way and I get to keep the large... not that it's much use to me.... Speak to Jana - Reception@cape-epic.com and if they can't help, speak to Hanel@wea.co.za - they may be able to help you too... she even offered to have one specially embroidered for me, but the organisers had one.
