madbradd Posted April 14, 2015 Share So this popped up in my Facebook suggested links... http://www.praxiscycles.com/the-scoop-on-our-upcoming-cassette/ Doesn't look like there are any SA agents though but certainly might be an option for those wanting to do a 1x11 conversion. Might even be cheaper than a new cassette, 42T and 16T.
MaxTBehrens Posted April 14, 2015 Share I'm really glad to see this. I expected something like this to emerge with the one by drivetrains becoming more popular. Glad to see its finally starting
shaper Posted April 14, 2015 Share The company has been around for quite a while, very good and light chainrings is what they have been known for especially road ones. Good to see they are expanding their product range. Will be good quality

Fisan Posted April 14, 2015 Share $129.99 is equal to 1560.99 mandelas...and that is still without the tax and/or distributor mark-up. Seeing CWC can sell a XT Cassette for... R590 (on special though)... adding the Kalbo 42T/40T and 16T for R700 and R150 respectively... adds up to R1440. Don't get me wrong, I'm excited to see an out-of-the-box 1x10 specific cassette. I'm just waiting (hoping?) for the day where you'd pay 10% - 20% extra for the ratio difference instead of 100% extra for the SAME AMOUNT OF COGS. Though that is the RRP, so effectively includes distributor markup and tax, but if there was a distributor here we would get ripped a bit further.
