Hi Ta-chang Yu, 

 

We used to bring them in. I may still have unit or two of what is now known as the PowerPod Lite.

If you are planning on using it on a MTB,I would discourage you from purchasing unless its only gravel that you will ride.

On the road bike they work excellently as long as you set it up right and willing to take the time to dial it in.

Holy thread resurrection! I loved mine, had a newton and then the one that went under the bar and connected to the head unit. I used mine mostly for road training and it did everything I needed.

Was also impressed with the newton+ I had. 

 

If you are using power to train, this is a good alternative for a road bike, or get a wheel 2nd hand. best bang for buck on the hub.
