Right so here we go then:

Last weigh in was Monday 22 May: 93.4kg

Goal is 86kg end of June 2017. So roughly 2kg per week.

 

Did not keep track really of what I ate today but will do so tomorrow.

 

44min cardio in the gym. Shoulder still sore so still no weight training.

Ok.  This morning I managed to get on the scale and it was racing away close to 100 and stopped on 96kg.  Will be glad to see a constant 94-95 end of June!  The real trick is to keep the kg's lost, lost forever.

Right so here we go then:

Ok then. Could not really get going. Motivation was just low.

 

The last three weeks or so have been great though.

Got a trainig program and stuck to it.

Got a eating plan and stuck to that also.

 

Weight went from 97kg's to 92.8kg's today. (3 weeks)

And my FTP went up 8% (3 weeks)
