Matt Posted May 11, 2016 Share Everytime I try to send a Hubber a Pm some stupid ass photo of an XTR crankset come up and I can't type a message or anything!!!! WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!Hi BaGearA, Apologies to you and others experiencing this issue. We're investigating the cause of this, but in the interim clearing your web browser cache will resolve the issue (at least temporarily). Without stepping into all the technical details it's an issue with the image delivery service we use. Somewhere wires are getting crossed and instead of showing certain icons (e.g. the close icon on the PM window) a random image from the site is shown. No sinister ploy on our part, but understandably HIGHLY annoying. When initially reported it appeared to be an isolated issue with a single user. We'll investigate ASAP. Regards,Matt
