Momentum Active Dayz

Recommended Posts

I recently started training again after a year of the bike, and would like to reach the maximum status on our Multiply Rewards program.

I see on Momentum's Website, that you get one active day if you burn 300 calories in a session. Is there a way you can get more points when training? Just on yesterdays training ride my calories burnt was 1867 calories. Surely you must get more points for this, or am I missing something?

Is there more tips and tricks to reach maximum status?

1 point per active day .

It is flippin difficult to get to Platinum .

You must do all the online stuff and go to dischem/Clicks .

If you have just joined it will be almost impossible to get to Platinum .

There is no pro rating of points required .

However , the policy premium discounts are awesome as are some of the other discounts . I got 30% of flights to George .

It pretty easy getting to Platinum. You can however only reach PVT club after 2 years of multiply membership. And pls remember they will be changing it a bit next year as well in order to reach max discount for your status you will need to have a green healthy heart score and have 16 active days a month

When you go to clicks of Dis-chem to do the health assessment ask for the finger prick HIV test too as this will count as one of the 4 annual medical check ups.

Remember to do you safety score validations..it's quick and easy and is worth a lot of points... you only need to submit 8 of them and if you log onto Momentum on your phone you can take the pics and directly upload through the website.

Any how if you need help.. just shout.. I help all our clients with their multiply.. BUT also make sure that your financial advisor does his/her part as well. There are 2 things the financial advisor needs to do that is worth a lot of points for you.

^^This.

It's really easy to get there. If you can get to Gold Vitality status, you can get to Platinum.

Thanks. I see if I link Fit Track, I will get additional points the higher my training index is? This makes sense towards the harder you train the higher your index will be and the more points you will get

You can also manually add events that you have done. Just go to your product and do it under the "Renew fitness discounts" option.

I personally go to our clients and sit with them for an hour and they go from Bronze to gold..all they have to do is their share and they will be on platinum very fast.

And if they are concerned about active days but are relatively fit and can score a fitness level 5 they go for a fitness assessment twice a year as it is valid for 6 months.

  • 2 weeks later...

Very nice for 2017 you can earn Health Returns of UP to R1 000 per month if you have Momentum Health and Multiply (R2 000 pm for a family). It’s not going to be easy to get to the top level (the R1 000 pm), but the carrot is available!

I am klapping R800 of the R1000 per month available without doing anything I dont normally do, i.e. mostly mtb, so its gonna be a lekker year

Does anyone know if Momentum runs a "course" on how to use Multiply optimally?

Use as in get the points or utilize the rewards?

The most important thing you need to do right now with the change is have your health assessment done and get the 16 active days every month..that way you receive maximum discount for your status..
