We have used the Dynaplug Air countless number of times, there are a couple of tricks to make it easier to use. I have not specifically used the Air on road tubeless, but have done so on gravel and MTB tubeless no problem. We have used a Racer on road tubeless and it worked well. The plug used is the same so by that thought process there should not be a problem using it on road tubeless. You would need to check the volume of the tyre to ensure that the inflation holes are within the tyre before releasing gas from your CO2 cartridge.
