Does anyone have experience with these - specifically on road tubeless ?

Hi Splat

Yes and no.

Disclaimer - we are the importers of the Dynaplug.

We have used the Dynaplug Air countless number of times, there are a couple of tricks to make it easier to use. I have not specifically used the Air on road tubeless, but have done so on gravel and MTB tubeless no problem. We have used a Racer on road tubeless and it worked well.

The plug used is the same so by that thought process there should not be a problem using it on road tubeless. You would need to check the volume of the tyre to ensure that the inflation holes are within the tyre before releasing gas from your CO2 cartridge.

Sorry just to add to that, Dynaplug does actually now have a shorter insertion nozzle for road tubeless, this is not something we have in stock at the moment. If you would like one, send me a mail to chris@bikalot.com and we can add one in our next order for you.

Which SKU is that on their website Chris. Don't see it listed?

Apologies for delayed response, have just seen this now.

It's not listed on their site as an individual item but I do believe that we can order it.

Thanks that would be great. It should work with MTB tyres as well right? Don't want a toolbox full of different inflation devices like I have for multitools

Ok, so I went for the standard racer version and not the Air for my road bike.

Looks like a nice piece if kit that I hope to never use...

Looks nice. Available where ?

Just to be clear, I got the Racer not the Air version that this thread refers to.

Thanks, and understood.
