Spares & parts - just VAT & ATV which comes to 15.4%. If full bike 15% duty plus the above. Totals 32.6% extra If clothing, 40% duty plus the VAT & ATV. Cost me 10 Euro shipping and they carry some esoteric parts. Good customer service too. Another good one is http://bikeonline.it. Built and shipped a set of custom wheels within 4 days! Some prices are better than the competition, but the service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I have yet to receive the merchandize, very disappointed, and no longer plan to do business with this outfit.As of 7/30/18, this issue has not been resolved and this company refuses to issue a refund.
