Alan Holm Posted May 23, 2018 Share Hi All, Just would like tp put it out what AWESOME service and help I received from Trudie at Buycycle with my recent purchase.I purchased the Fox bib shorts as per their special last week, and only when it arrived, a speedily 2 days later, did I realise that I had ordered the incorrect size, no trouble for her and Buycycle, within 3 hours of me querying the courier was at my office to collec the wrongly ordered bib shorts, this was yesterday, and already today at 12,40 my new and correct size bib shorts are with me,No questions asked, no excuses from thier side, they accpeted MY mistake and rectified it,I am really really impressed and thought it is only correct that when onew receives service like this everybody should know,Huge kuod's to Trudie and Buycycle, I certainly will using them again Traveler, slickjay007, Christian van Zyl and 3 others 6 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I purchased a pair of Fizik MTB shoes only to get a mail from Ashley saying that the warehouse doesn't have my size in stock anymore. I was totally bummed out but then she said that she could rather supply me with a better Louis Garneau MTB shoe at the same price and have the shoes delivered to me the very next day. duringd Posted October 11, 2019 Share Hi there! Anyone having issues with BuyCycle? Put my order in on Wednesday, did the immediate payment thing, got an e-mail to say my order "failed". Money is out of my account, phone them, "sorry, we will reinstate your order". This morning same "failed" message. Phone again because they don't answer e-mails, only to be told they only "received" the stock and will start processing sending the order out maybe today? Not too sure what to think about this state of affairs? So - update. Just got confirmation that the order has been finalised BUT, because a floor pump is included in the package it will be sent road freight.... The first two orders where delivered promptly and I complimented them on their good service. My third order not so good. I ordered a foldable Gatorskin tyre, I needed for a spare. I didn't hear a thing for a few days and, Murphy's law, I went and split my tyre on a training ride earlier that morning. I sent them an enquiry and only six days after the initial order they sent me a reply saying they didn't have stock and where trying to source me a replacement tyre. I replied saying that to keep a customer waiting without an update on the order was not acceptable and I cancelled the order and had to wait another week for my refund. I phoned and spoke to Bianca who had a very blasé attitude and didn't seem to think it was bad service and was not phased at losing a loyal customer.
