I spoke with the shops manager and after me sending them photos on the of the damage i got told I damaged it like that. The conversation ended up with me telling the guy that he runs a sh*t business and he repeatedly told me I'm a p*#s. I need your opinions on how to take this further! To post images, you have to start a reply, click more reply options and then the interface should load up below the reply-window. As for the topic, sounds terrible. I can think of the ombudsman if that will work, at least if it does it should lead to a fair resolution. Otherwise, the small claims court could work too if you can provide solid proof. Either way, good luck with taking this forward. Hopefully someone else could give some better or simpler options or a universal shop boycott if the story rings true. That being said, with all the damage done, sounds like this oke works out of a shed.Where is said shop based so that we all know who to avoid.
