Tuxstir Posted January 6, 2019 Share Its that time of year again, Time To Check the Waist line, cringe on the scale, and make that resolution to become the new You, So to kick it off, The Bike Hub Challenge for 2019I suggest book marking the link in your browser, Just remember for this challenge there are no Losers, only winners so make that resolution, its the only way to be a better fitter you, its one of the toughest things you can do, and takes a lot of determination, dedication and resolve, but you can do.. good luck, Help.Me., JohanDiv, NicoR and 2 others

MrJacques Posted January 6, 2019 Share I'd like to git rid of the flab around my middle. It's not much, about 3 to 4 kg, but those last few kgs can be difficult. Robbie Stewart and Steven Knoetze (sk27)

FirstV8 Posted January 6, 2019 Share Im in again . My weight loss from on will rely on the kilometers i put in because my eating habit has stabilized and i know my limits . I swim a lot but damaged my upper right arm and am really batling to swim hard and long distance so that might slow my weight loss down . Here goes 2019 and my goal of 82.5kg Robbie Stewart
Johan_Kleynhans Posted January 6, 2019 Share My weight is the same as last year more or less. I will check but I weighed myself yesterday and it is 99 kg. So lets see if I can do better this year. Might have to swim a lot as most of the flab is on my upper body. Legs are in good shape. Robbie Stewart
JohanDiv Posted January 7, 2019 Share Eish, ek het die appelkar omgegooi! Got on the scale this morning, the three weeks of binge eating this holidays got my back to 97.5kg from 93.5kg!! Still a total net loss of 27.6kg since June 2017. Still 10.5kg down from the start of October 2018 when I started calorie counting. Today I'm getting back on the calorie counting horse and daily training! 2018 was a good year for me, I reached my weight goal, my 5000km cycling goal, and my 85 000m elevation gain goal. My goals for 2019: 6000km cycling100 000m elevation gain500km runningTarget weight = 80kg. Mini Targets:90kg by 09 March (My sister's wedding)85kg by 22 September (Karoo 2 Coast)80kg by 13 December (Start of holidays) I got a few PM's over the holidays from guys interested in how I was eating and training to drop 10kg in two months at the end of last year. I kept track of everything and will post it sommer here when I get time to summarize it all in one place. Good luck to everyone this year!! Veebee Posted January 7, 2019 Share I really need to get my $h!t togther this year. Goal will be to get back to where I was in 2017 - 83kg. Also have my mind around the 365 days challenge, first 7 days have been okay, but will see if I can keep it up all year. Goodluck all. Captain Fastbastard Mayhem Posted January 7, 2019 Share I'm back in. Didn't really leave, actually. Will update the spreadsheet with my NYD weight of 99.5kg. Mini goals: 95kg by March 31st90kg by June 30th Will then reassess and see what's potting. May go down to 85 if I'm still not 100% satisfied, but those last 5kg (if I go down to 85) will be difficult. For now: 9.5kg in 6 months to add to the 12kg over 3 years. flymango, Robbie Stewart, Grease_Monkey and 1 other
Grease_Monkey Posted January 7, 2019 Share In, again... Last year sucked. Went very well in January, dropped from 107kg to 98kg, then moved house and my routine was broken. I just never got back into healthy eating again, although I did stay quite active throughout the year. Stabilised at 100kg for most of the year, and then the crap hit the fan from about October and I gained a bit again, sitting at 104.6kg as of this morning. At least I'm reasonably fit at the moment... Goal for the end of the year: 85kg, but more important than the weight part, just to stop eating so much rubbish.
