Hello Dirtypot

Du Toit's Kloof, Paarl side.

700m elevation, 12 and half times.

Have you used the Everesting Calculator to get a gauge of how long it'll take you?  How long does it normally take to get up there for you?  Are you not concerned with it being quite a busy road?

Everesting Calculator - https://everesting.io/

The segment link which you'll need to add into the calculator - www.strava.com/segments/1882047

Here's a pic with average sort of figures - you can adjust the sliders to suit your speed.  Take all of this with a pinch of salt, but it does give a bit of an indication.  For my everest, it said we'd be done in around 14/15 hours but it took 22hrs in total.  The calculator doesn't take a howling south easter into account, nor stopping for meals (not that you can really eat anything, but that's a different story...).

Hello Dirtypot

I have had a look at my ride Data on Strava.

The Elevation is around 415m.
My average time up has been 1hour.
I will need to do 22 times up.
All eating will be easy foods, nothing heavy on the system.
No stopping.

I have chosen Baines Kloof over the other Hills for the height and the road is wider.
