Flatdog7 Posted July 16, 2019 Share This is actually quite unbelievable, Lorenzo Gobbo crashed on the track and was impaled by a piece of wood, he's okay, punctured lung, but ok. Capricorn

V12man Posted July 16, 2019 Share This is actually quite unbelievable, Lorenzo Gobbo crashed on the track and was impaled by a piece of wood, he's okay, punctured lung, but ok.That is an amazingly lucky escape - but his lung won't be the same again. One wonders where that piece of wood came from - hope it's not just a poorly maintained track.

Hector Norris Park (HNP) is a cycling track in the south of Joburg. It's an outdoor track and therefore is not wooden but rather made of concrete.
