Garry64 Posted August 2, 2019 Share I feel credit must be given when credit is due. I bought a Tacx Flux from CRC website about a year ago. It recently started to become noisy. I contacted CRC warranty department and they requested that I sent the trainer back to them for assessment but at my own cost. They will then evaluate it and if they think it is faulty they will replace it and refund the shipping costs to an amount they think is reasonable. I decided to first contact Tacx support in the Netherlands through their website link and explain the situation. They asked me to make a short video of the noise and send it to them for assessment. Within a couple of hours they replied that they will replace the trainer with a new Tacx Flux S. I then received a second email confirming that the new trainer will be shipped and no need to return the old one. This is shows outstanding support and customer service from Tacx Netherlands and just proofs that they support their product worldwide. Big thumbs up to the Tacx product and their after sales service. Boyracer, RobertWhitehead, BikeisLife and 1 other

cadenceblur Posted August 6, 2019 Share had a slightly different experience, my straps that attach the Flow head unit to the handlebars broke, these straps are sold separately but are no longer manufactured - just bad luck I guess hey
Job Posted August 6, 2019 Share I bought my Tacx Neo online 3 months ago and I was a bit worried about the after sales service...now this gives me some assurance that there will be support in case something goes wrong.

Made an odd noise after having it for two years - uploaded a video clip - and two weeks later received a new Flux S shipped from the Netherlands. Excellent service! I had the same outcome as both of you, also with a Tacx Flux bought locally. Uploaded the video and two weeks later also received a Flux S from the Netherlands. Really impressed.
