Closer to the Irene area, I know about Bicycle Company (both road and MTB) From an MTB only perspective, there is LCC (Lynnwood Centurion Cyclery), Trailwolf Cycles, and a few others, but like Robert said joining Pembi on FB will give you an idea about clubs in the area.
