Fat Boab Posted October 16, 2019 Share Has anyone any experience of one of these? Or know if there's a stockist in SA? TIA http://wohobike.com/product/
Vetseun Posted October 16, 2019 Share No. But that really looks cool.As anybody who has ridden with a big saddle bag like that, that baby sways like a big chicks hips.I really like the look of this product.
NC_lurker Posted October 16, 2019 Share Yup, got one for my gravel bikepacking. Works like a charm. My latest trip using it was so much better.Without it I was having to crank the bag straps super tight and still ended up with a little bit of sway at times. You can also attach waterbottle cages on the sides. This didn't work so well for me, not sure if it's my saddle or my ass but I was hitting the bottles with my glutes. Unfortunately it was brought back from S Korea as a present, don't think they're available locally. Edited October 16, 2019 by NC_lurker
Fat Boab Posted October 17, 2019 Share Could I ask if you'd be willing to give a sketch of key dimensions? And perhaps a photo of how it mounts under the saddle? NC_lurker Posted October 17, 2019 Share Could I ask if you'd be willing to give a sketch of key dimensions? And perhaps a photo of how it mounts under the saddle? Sure, it's pretty simple.I'll draw something up this weekend. If you're not going to use it for the extra water bottle holders then the under seat attachment could be fairly lightweight. Ping me if I forget to send it through.

NC_lurker Posted October 17, 2019 Share https://www.rookiesports.co.za/product/fluir-saddle-dual-bottle-cage-holder/Problem with that one is that the bottles go behind the saddle instead of on the side. So it can't be used with a seat post bikepacking bag as a stabiliser.

Multisporter Posted October 21, 2019 Share Has anyone any experience of one of these? Or know if there's a stockist in SA? TIA http://wohobike.com/product/51 Hi There. This is a brilliant product. I have put them on my wifes and my bike for bike packing, and it eliminates the sway from your saddle pack. I bought mine from Bikepacking Africa. They don't always keep stock, but I had to pre-order and it arrived a few weeks later. Give them a call. Check out their link.https://www.bikepacking.africa/product-page/xsway-saddle-bag-stabilizer-bar
