Spinnekop Posted December 18, 2019 Share measured on the Samsung.........35...........measured on the Garmin.........55 Interesting the big difference just by swinging brands. Both constant day in and day out but way different from each other. Long Wheel Base, nonky and BigDL

Dicky DQ Posted December 18, 2019 Share Should the test not be for the usable spread? i.e. value between resting and max HR. Because this is where you work. So having a low resting and a low max would be ho hum... In addition the time to recover also plays a big part. nonky

aquaratza Posted December 18, 2019 Share I'm 46 bpm today (roughly this most days) but yesterday I was 54 BPM( ), that seemingly coincided with some light cold-like symptoms (confirmation bias?). I don't like sleeping with a watch on but the HR data is SO COOL, so I do it . My upper HR limit appears to be lower than it should be for my age, regardless of the measuring device (chest/optical wrist). Gotta get lower... TOPJOLR645 Posted December 18, 2019 Share Granted this was back in 2017 but I took a screen shot as I thought it was weirdly low. I’m fit, but not that fit!! gummibear
MDJ Posted December 18, 2019 Share Normally resting under 50, high from the last sportif ... if only it correlated with 50 watts more power ????. Can't say I wasn't trying though! aquaratza
