Indoor Training Videos

Recommended Posts

I don't have a smart trainer. Neither do I have the sensors that make it a semi-smart trainer.

Hence, Zwift and the like don't really make sense for me to get.

What has been great is following videos on Youtube while I make the adjustments by myself on my bike. It works okay.

What I would like to know..

What youtube videos/channels do you suggest I use for indoor training purpose?

I currently use the GCN videos. It's a great collection.

Are there any other GOOD ones that you use?

Add in the GMBN and GTN sister channels. The EMBN also fun to watch. I also quite enjoy the TrainerRoad channel. Redbull channel full of content. TED talks can be a hit and miss but the good ones are excellent.

thanks holmsie and capediver, I've subscribed and will try them out.

currently I've just got random cycling related videos on a playlist, but these might help for structure

Send me a pm and I will drop you some original Sufferfest videos that do not require any interaction from a trainer

Edit: Anyone for that matter, just send me you email address and I will add you to the dropbox folder.

And before anyone gets on their soapbox and claim "pirate copies" and or doing the company an injustice: I bought all these videos when they were still providing these videos in a stand alone format (I can provide proof). These videos are no longer provided by said company so I am not taking anything away from them, in fact I guess this is a similar service than their free 30 trial code they provide to new members  :whistling:

I got stuck into the EF gone racing videos of their alternate calender.... Won't last you very long but I really enjoyed them!
