Fat Boab Posted June 2, 2020 Share Not much to it. The MTB trail follows the 30 km cradle road route. Literally within a handful of metres off the road. slickjay007
Jehosefat Posted June 2, 2020 Share Can't find my activity to export the GPX But as has been mentioned before, it's hard to get lost. It basically follows the road loop in the road reserve. Just remember the MTB track is one-way and that way is clockwise (if memory serves).

100Tours Posted June 2, 2020 Share The route goes clockwise around the cradle if looking from above, and probably the easiest access points are either Bidon Bistro or the Valverde hotel. if you start at Bidon you'll pick up the route before you leave the parking lot going downhill towards Olwazini (i.e. opposite direction to the traffic circle that you probably passed on your way in). If starting from Valverde you'll pick it up as you cross over the tar road at the T-Junction (also probably the way you drove in). There are signs and route markers. Once you've found your start just follow your nose. if you do lose the trail anywhere then revert to the tar road and look around you for dirt. The trail follows the tar on one side or the other all the way back to your starting point, and (as far as I know) there are no tar roads inside of the loop, so take a right turn at each and every opportunity and you'll be on course Edited June 2, 2020 by 100Tours
