Veebee Posted June 30, 2020 Share Not 1 to generally complain about this kinda stuff, will rather try to resolve but what do you do when you have been waiting months... SRT Aero bar cracked 23rd Feb, still under warranty I contacted Positive Sport but they were out of stock.Was told an order was placed, but due to Covid it could not be sent by airfreight. Its now been 4 full months and the reply is the same all the time.As shown in the pics, it has cracked far from any clamping points. Yeah I know this is made in China bla bla, you get what you pay but would have just liked better after sales support. Asked for a refund so I can buy something else, been over a week and have had no reply so here I come...I personally over the years have had a bad run with their products and this will be the last of it for me. I'm surprised also, as I've bought a fair bit from them over the years with very little issues.Have not used the chat platform, but have a few in copy on the email and prefer to use that so I can keep track of the timeline. AFAIK Warren has sold it all off and gone back to his previous industry of car sales. I remember getting a mail from him last year sometime saying cheers. I'll look and see if I still have it.
