benpienaar Posted July 7, 2020 Share A runner went missing on Table mountain. His car was parked at Platteklip and he is a trail runner who's routes are contour paths towards Devil's Peak. I have also been involved in many search and rescue missions as part of various MR groups in various countries and after 16 to 24 hours one is usually looking for a body. As an old friend of Ken I hope he is one of the very small cases found alive after such a long time. Another reality is that a lot of people who go missing on the mountain never wanted to be found. I sincerely hope that is also not the case. If you have some time, are strong on your feet and have 6 hours to give, please report to the MR vehicle on Tafelberg road and lend a hand looking.
