Click on this, state your reasons for reporting the post, ie suspected scammer. Admin will do the rest.  PS ... the desktop display is a bit busy on the phone ... once you have reported the post, scroll all the way down and select the phone display. I've looked into the account and there is nothing obvious that points to it being a scammer. Of course, it is a brand new account without any transaction history, so proceed with the necessary caution if you choose to. As always, wait for the money to clear in your account before shipping and you should be safe. Super Sywurm Posted September 10, 2020 Share Yesterday I organized a transaction on bikehub where my sister did the pickup for me in PTA. She had the fork in her hand and did an EFT there and then. I gave the seller the option of cash on delivery, he chose EFT. Everything went smoothly. If so, please share with us privately via help@bikehub.co.za Although you're correct that scammers will most often go straight to payment and delivery/collection, it seems this individual wants to discuss the options for payment and delivery. In many cases a potential buyer has enough info from their research and the details in the advert so they're happy to move straight to "how do we do the deal?".  You may well be correct and caution with any deal, especially with a new user is advised, but it would be premature for us to ban this person based solely on the request sent via chat. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Can you check how many other items this user has showed an interest in and contacted a seller ? Also, whilst i have you, do you have snug idea as to why my chat messages are no longer coming through to tapatalk ? All other notifications for the forums come through but chat messages do not - since about this time last year.I've sent you a Chat message on the first point. Regarding notifications in Tapatalk, the Forums and Classifieds are two separate systems (since Dec 2019) so that means only forum related notifications will come through via Tapatalk.
