cliff_ross Posted September 17, 2020 Share Are there any worthwhile mtb routes or trails in the Grootbrak Glentana and Kleinbrak area between MosselBay and George? Don't always feel like the "trek" to George just for a ride after work..

Blokman Posted September 17, 2020 Share As it is after work it depends on how long you want to stay out for. Here is a map that will give you some idea. One or two places that show dirt have now been tarred. And the road past Botlierskop has been closed. There are some very nice routes . https://www.visitmosselbay.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/Cycling-Mossel-Bay.pdf Joshua Langenhoven

One can also do the Jonkersberg mountain with a choice once one is on the contours of either turning right heading towards George or coming down via Arendsrus or when turning left and heading towards Friemersheim, can also do a reverse ride through Leeukloof, that mother of a climb made famous in the Attakwas MTB race. Edited September 18, 2020 by BSG Bos
