Will be very interesting to see some real world reviews. Especially with regards to performance in the wet and muddy conditions.

This seems almost as promising as magnetic pedals

These make sense to me for pedals on a commuter as it opens up options for shoes that can be worn without slipping off (presumably) or destroying the soles of shoes that aren't necessarily dedicated to cycling. Out on the trails, I can't see these being the next big thing in the flat pedal world
