Buffels drift enduro lines

Hi guys/girls

I want to give the enduro lines at Buffels drift a go but have no idea what I’m in for.

Is it well enough marked that one can get from the end of one to the start of the next one without getting lost?

How long of a day in the saddle is it to do all of them?

Best to go with one of the shuttle days for your first time just so you know the spots where you could get lost

Marking could be better

If you're riding an analog bike bank on 4hrs atleast

Nice. Is it worth the effort?

I'd say meh

The shuttle days make it fun to do all the lines and still feel really fresh (still a 4hr day)

I've done 3 lines all on my own and it's a big effort, I was also lazy and fat back then

Hi Pieter

I reckon the marking is quite good, just follow the black Enduro signage.

Depending on fitness level you really should be able to do it in 2-2.5hrs relatively comfortably if you go straight to the Enduro trails.

The enduro lines are not ridden as much as the other trails, so not as "clean". And some of the more regular trails are actually more flowing and fun.

We normally combine some of the regular stuff with stage 3 or 5 or 6 of the Enduro stages.

The enduro stages are in general not that difficult, but there are some "gnarly stuff". So take it slow first and stop and check it out before riding

But best to go and check it out yourself and make up your own mind.

The "new" supertube is really and fun, as well as the rocks to crocks en sy maatjie, en Rinky Dinky and Rinkhals. (Strava sections)

You welcome to message me directly if you have more questions.

I’ve done the trail seeker there and enjoy supertube and rocks to crocks. If not the enduro lines what trail is most *fun there? *techy and downhill.

Rocks to Crocs/Roller Coaster

Drop 2 crocks

Rinkhals

Rink Dink

Enduro Stage 3

We normally start with Supertube, climb next to it via Neverending Story, then climb up via Kwagga Twist, turn left at top of Kwagga and link up to start of Rocks to Crocs (here you go against the traffic on a short level section of singletrack so be carefull), then the trails as listed above.

This ends up 30km, 2.5hr ride, 600m climbing.
