DT Switch M210 Rear suspension 95% sag

I tried to adjust the sag in my rear suspension over the weekend as it was about on 10%.

After letting out to much of the pressure I used a schock pump to inflate it again but got to 250Psi and still had about 95% sag. It defiantly don't have a leak as I tested the pressure a few minutes later and it was still on 250Psi.

I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions

Normally to set sag you need to pump it to about 100ps and then cycle the shock so the pos and neg chamber equalized.....just  read your shock manual

Is it a new bike or does it have some hours on it? Might be time for a shock service. But as per the two posts above fill the shock in 50PSI increments, cycling it slowly to 50% travel between filling it. If you are starting from 0PSI and the shock is "sucked down" and doesn't want to go to full extension, but around 100PSI in the shock, hold the rear wheel down and lift the frame up via the top tube to get to shock at maximum extension and all the air out of the negative chamber. This might need some muscle! When you empty the shock, try and do it slowly as this should allow the negative chamber to release it's air as well and avoid the process I described above
