BaGearA Posted December 11, 2020 Share Been struggling my ass off with POS tplink wifi dongle so much that eventually just ran a ethernet cable through 3 rooms direct to my PC from the modem.NO w I got the EX3700 cause it can wire to the pc with an ethernet cable while boosting the wifi signal, boost doesn't bother me but the hardwired connection is what I really want. Now their setup guides are full of BS that doesn't happen in real life like They expect you to connect to it then go to their site and go through the setup, how am I supposed to open up a browser page when this thing doesn't give internet access. Oh and if you go through mobile data it says you can't continue cause you're not connected to the wifi signal from the device.
