RABUBI Posted July 23, 2009 Share OK, so now that the category winners is basically sorted out (almost), it is propably time for the silly season to start again. Who doped in this years Tour de France?? Lets make a game of it. Each Hubber select a team of nine suspect riders, and by 31st December the one who's team has the most dopers in it is crowned as the best doping official.
