Vitality Points & Polar - while using Garmin?

Is there any news regarding this issue , as i would like to get a Garmin Edge with HRM and it would be easier to justify if Vitality recognised it with regards to their POLAR heart rate incentive .

Why worry about those points? 3 events on sa-active and your fitness points for the year is already allocated.

 

If there's anything worth "fighting" it's to allow you to get more than 15 000 fitness points (excl bonus, of course).

Hi everyone, FWIW I think I found a way to do this, http://rikara.blogspot.com/2009/04/uploading-old-polar-hrm-data-to-polar.html On this page there is a link to http://www.softwyer.com/HRMUploader.jar which uploads HRM files to polarpersonaltrainer.com (I made my HRM's using Sporttracks and Old Man's Biking HRM export but there are a few other tcx/fit to hrm converters out there). BTW big ups to the author of this tool Karl Wyer who was very quick to respond and repair the tool last night when the HRM files I was generating weren't uploading had it going within an hour.

 

@seabee sa-active need a better selection of events to be useful to me.
