Hear Phil Liggett trying to say, in that very professional and politically correct manner of his, how he's never seen this before in an international bike tour, and basically how disappointing (unprofessional) it is for the tour. Will be interesting if cyclejourno can get some first-hand comments from the riders about this - that second stop they looked really p1ssed.
