Hi ZXR We suggest you take your bike to your authorised retailer to have the shock checked and follow their recommendation. Alternatively, simply wait until your next shock service is due and it will be checked then. The upgrade minimises the risk that you will experience issues with your shock in future. Cheers

Hi Aurora, Our Crash Replacement policy is valid for 2 years from the original date of purchase, be it crash damage, transit damage or if it’s been eaten by the dog:-). Crash Replacements apply to the first owner and needs to be processed through an authorized Specialized retailer. You will need to take your proof of purchase and damaged helmet to your preferred Specialized retailer to have it processed. I have damaged my personal helmet in a backpack during travelling and opted to get a "Helmet Soft Case" made by Specialized for travelling - there is stock available. Hi Creme "Boulle", It depends on the model year of your wheelset and if it has the updated Aero hub. Unfortunately there are no 12mm front end caps available for Roval disc road wheels before/pre 2016 as the hub dimensions are too small to accommodate an end cap for 12mm thru axel. The Aero hub (on the 2016 CLX40 and CL40 disc wheelset) has end caps available as the dimensions of the hub allow it to be convereted to 12mm through axel. Hi r0adrunner, We have inventory of seat stays and chain stays for the 2015 Epic FSR. I would suggest contacting your nearest Specialized retailer and they will be able to assist you with pricing. To answer the other question you have: No, it does not need to be specific to 2015, the 2014 to 2017 stays are compatible, however, we try and keep each model year stay in stock to match colours etc. Thanks Gareth
