  1. I also got an sms - and wore my armband. Made it from an old arm warmer. Didnt see a single other person wearing one (except for Lance and Daryl)
  2. Check out our video of Lance Mania at the Argus. He came, he rode, he flew off in his chopper. Watch till the end, it includes cool footage of Lange talking about his win. http://www.bicycling.co.za/videos/?article_id=500
  3. Just saw this thread now... I posted the following under Events aswell. Hi all Bicycling are running a variety of 12-week online training programmes (designed by Dr Jeroen Swart) leading up to the Argus 2010. You need to sign up, and then you will receive a weekly mailer directing you the website for that week's training programme. You will be able to log your training and you will also be able to download each week's training. So if you are aiming for a target time for next year's Argus sign up! There are two different links depending on your goals. Sub-3 - http://www.bicycling.co.za/static/sub3signup/ Sub-4, Sub-5, Novice - http://www.bicycling.co.za/static/argus-signup - you will be able to access all three programmes.Online Ed: BIC2009-12-09 03:23:51
  4. Hi all Do any of you follow 2oceansvibe.com? If you do, you will know he hates cyclists, and is constantly having a go at them/us for wearing helmets in coffee shops and riding through red robots. His latest is that he is calling us prawns. Bicycling spotted him in the Claremont Vida and took him to task - check it out. http://www.bicycling.co.za/videos/?article_id=337 Online Ed: BIC2009-10-21 05:03:48
