  1. For Cape Town go with 'My Training Day' - Claire Horner http://www.mytrainingday.com/
  2. Actually this might be more helpful, don't think I will be doing this myself though. http://www.sram.com/_media/techdocs/95-410-762-000%202006%20Pike%20Reba%20RVL%20Dual%20Air%20Service%20Guide.pdf
  3. I just got the 2010 sid team and was trying to figure the same out. For adjustment in travel I think the fork needs to be taken apart and serviced. This link should help. http://www.sram.com/_media/techdocs/95-4015-022-000%20print.pdf With some of the adjustments you can make.
  4. Its amazing how these guys can go so far on a unicycle. Check out these 2 guys and a girl, I have bumped into them a couple of times riding around cape town. They doing the freedom challenge route and some early next year. http://www.counterbalance.co.za/ They raising money for Bobs for goods foundation. Inspiring
  5. You still need stans or some kind of gel in your tires even with UST. If you get a hole in the tire the gel seals the hole. You will get holes in UST tires or any other tires. I had the same rims, did the stans convertion and havn't had problem. Now I will probably get one for saying this.
  6. I've had one of these for almost a year. It really is an awesome gadget and Garmin Connect is very handy when storing all your info and rides.
  7. I also highly recommend Claire Horner, www.mytrainingday.com. Get hold of her, she will be able to advise you further.
  8. Hey Kent can Cyclelab sponser any warm clothing for the night, hahahaha. Almost froze my tits off last time. We can maybe do a superman on the way down!
