  1. Finish Line Cycles in Kempton Park has stock.
  2. Maybe not tips but I normally do the Zebra (30km) first and on the second lap do the Impala (20km) which gives you the same distance as the Buffel. Has a nice climb in the beginning, RockstoCrocs, Okkies climband the supertube at the end. Find it a much nicer combination and just as challenging as the Buffel...but all rideable.
  3. Website said no late entries on the day. But maybe contact them and make sure.
  4. The sales guy not trying to sell or tell me BS just because I am a woman and assumes I know nothing about cycling or my bicycle maintenance/parts.
  5. Didn't the UCI just announce that the Stellenbosch circuit won't be included in the calendar for 2019?
  6. How I laughed just now. Actually did this about a week ago. Needless to say the film broke and out came the selotape
  7. Found on the morning of 15 April 2018.
  8. This is ridiculous! As if you peddle less when in a team..Do they think your teammate carries you on his back for a few kms when you are tired
  9. Finish Line Cycle in Kempton Park also stock Norco.
  10. Any advise on this pls: During the week I train on my Tacx VR Indoor Trainer at home. I use my Garmin HR belt to record heartrate and the Tacx software records the speed, distance, climbing in meters, power and cadence. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get points for these workouts. I am able to upload the tcx and gpx file to my Garmin Connect but Vitality seems to think I am manually entering this data. What to do?
  11. Recently saw some Watz ladies shorts at Cyclelab. Maybe worth looking at.
  12. Speaking from experience, pls make sure that she is indeed wearing ladies shorts. The padding between men and ladies shorts/bibs differ considerably and it can hurt you in some very uncomfortable places.
  13. If you maybe enter as a 2-rider relay team - both go to the start, one rider starts the first 80km and the other takes the car to the halfway mark. There they swop over and the first rider meets the second rider at the finish with the car again. Not a lot of details on how the relay works.
