To all the tech savy guys. What is the advantages and/or disadvantages of a vertical vs horizontal shock?

I am not saying it's a bad bike, i am just saying that it is well overpriced and there is so much better options out there.

Lets ruffle some feathers as we go into the new year. Who is going to jump onto the spez marketing bandwagon an buy yet another epic, or who is going to use his noggin and actually buy a decent bike.

Love my R1 barakes, true 1 finger braking. Give lance at the epic bike shop a call. I know he is in cape town, but he knows what he is doing and will sort you out with help.

Please not spez or giant. Propably going to piss people off now but spez is becomming like a white carolla. Every other chop thinks he is burry stander and rides a spez. The bike did not make burry het made it work for him. Get something that you feel comfortable with and is a little bit exclusive as well. Maybe you will get a better price for it when you thinking of selling it.
