    Epic is great and all, one of those bucketlist things, but if you really want bang for the buck do the Cape Pioneer Trek, that is one REALLY special race!

    Absolutely agree with Jaco, Ariane is a strong rider, but every rider has their day. Jennie is on top form lately and has been for a while, as for Robyn, she is always consistent. Ariane might need to take a good break to fully recuperate, she has had a lot going on lately and has been mentally strong for a long time now.

    Robyn and Sabine were so strong yesterday, definitely the team to watch this year. Shame I really felt for Ariane, nothing gets to you more then when your partner is pacing it out infront!
