    99% of the time I ride alone. 17 month son at home that requires daddys attention at home after work, so early mornings are reserved for rides. No one around here wants to head out at 04:30 for a ride, or earlier Totally worth it though. Having to revise my normal routine however, and try to get someone to ride with me, as a guy was bike jacked on the main road here last week, at 6am, also riding alone...

    when worn right, they do look pretty badass

    My helmet doesn't have a peak/visor attachment in the front, so the only reason I'm considering getting a cap is for rides in the rain during winter...to keep some of the rain out of my face

    Eish!!! I'd definitely uninstall Strava! I only have a plate from a big crash that fractured my collar bone in four places...and I'm still not entirely over my fear of crashing that hard again. I can't imagine how slow I'd ride if I had that metalwork in my back?!?
