Yeah i hear You Swift&Aero...and apologise for that. I had however asked advice on the forum what the protocol was and the avenues advised and that being one. What is a certain is that in case like this...once someone has your money in a sale that person is at full control to do what they please and just wanted to stop that trend and hold them accountable as there is no real repercussion for the blatant/ulteria motive trader.

The posts done it's job to get his attention and he owned up. He was concerned about the damage it would do to his name as he would like to trade on the hub. It's now for him to prove his worth.

Lol guys...Love/hate relationship better than hate/hate relationship ????. Enough negativity in this world but happy we could sort the issue out. He has refunded me and thats all that i wanted. He was man enough to apologise, own up and come good on his word with paying me back so from my side i would like to set things right as my understanding is that everyone on the hub is great people until proven otherwise with dealings...and nothing wrong with setting the wrong right. Afterall we share a likeminded passion!!!

Hi Fat Boab Thanks for that...i have rated him but that to me just has no bearing or holds the seller or buyer accountable.What it does do is warn other hubbers for future reference and i am greatful for that. Example in case...this chap has spoken to me so much today than he has since i purchased the frame saying i'll have my money tonight...and guess what...more stories from him and says he'll call me tomorrow....just no repecussion for these okes.

Fredfox(alias name probably says it all) Freddie Collitz is to be highlighted as a bad seller/trader. Came to agreement with him on the purchase of a track frame on the 21 March and still not received the frame. The initial ad was for frame and crank but the crank got sold to another buyer which by chance lives in the same area as i do.I hope this buyer of the crank received their item purchased. The sale included the parcel being shipped with his company he works for transport to their branch also located in the surrounding area.(this detail was shared with me before i told him where i lived as it was the medium of transport/shipping for the other buyer and i could collect there when i shared i was from Cape Town). His just giving run arounds and excuse upon excuse...Blatant lying if you ask me. Hubbers...DO NOT BUY FROM FREDFOX!!! Paints a beautiful picture about himself but clearly not the man he is. Not a man of his word.

Yeah Thanks for the reply Long wheel Base... I have seen those three methods been applied,lol but wanted to know what the protocol is before i go a haywire(for a lack of a better word). Well...my story is...Purchased an item(not revealing details as yet) on the 21st of March and not received the item as we speak with all agreements from both parties on the complete sale.Been getting lots of excuses and run arounds or ignoring my msgs for days...one being 'work is hectic' and this is the main excuse basicly. Yes the item was not bought for many rands but just the ethics and honesty of sellers like this is what gets to me.I am sure The Bikehub has a rules or ethics code for tradong or being a member on it..and i believe there was one seller highlighted about 2 days ago aswell...just btw
