  1. Have you found an answer to this yet? linking to Strava or Garmin express?
  2. I think that Froome is done for. I like the guy but. Last year he did not put much time in on the climbs (only seconds). He put time in with opportune moves and not on the climbs in the TDF. Can he do it now at the Giro maybe but I don't see it.
  3. I am currently looking at the EVzero's
  4. https://www.easybike.co.za/oakley-ev-zero-path-matte-black-prizm-trail.html please also check the in the box, it shows different glasses.
  5. Aru is a pro. He should have checked his bike out, before the start. He knows what's coming and should have made sure his bike was what he asked for. Pro's are Pro's and they should take responsibility for their things.
  6. There are body x-ray scanners that are used on our mines here in SA, portable ones as well. you could easily hang the bike up by the front wheel in the scanner and take an x-ray scan. the scan is 15s so very little time in dead. Now if these scanners can pick up a 1carrot diamond that has been swallowed then it will pick up any dodgy tech.
  7. Take the first half easy, it is very easy to go hard and blow up near the end especially if the wind is blowing
  8. I think that Cycle Lab would make you a nice offer. I think that it would fetch a nice penny.
  9. With the times being so close at the top, it is going to be interesting to see what happens if or when one of the GC guys has a technical. Will they wait for all the GC guys or only Froome or will they put the hammer down???
  10. to win this year the GC guys will have to start pushing early for Yellow. Once you have the Yellow it is easier to hold it now than to fight for it when you don't have it. Its changed from the Lance days were he did not want it early.
  11. I Think that April - July would be doable. recovery takes time yes. surely you could recover and get back to peek fitness in 2 + months. It cant take you more than a month to recover.
  12. I Love mine. TR gets you going and as mentioned its long only 60-90 minutes. if you want you can go to 3 hours. I use mine even in summer, getting onto the road is a challenge. 90% training with TR for the 36One this year. even their podcasts are good to listen to every week.
  13. Pitty I missed this. It looks like a fantastic event. almost the T20 of cycling. I think that it is going to be an event to watch in the future.
  14. It is really good to see a race were the climbers are not running away with it. I think that if races were more like this it would bring back the spectators. The fight between the two major disciplines climbing and TT makes things exciting. If TD has a small deficit going into the final TT it is going to be a hum dinger of a final stage.
