  1. Found specs on Chapman's Peak today 22 Dec 2022. Whatspp me on 0834089315
  2. Hi, Picked up a key and tag at the CTICC this morning around 7:35. Contact Faisal if its yours 0834089315.
  3. Fun day in the saddle. ITT always start very hard for me, and then I settle in and it becomes a matter of keeping the wattage. Don't know yet how I did in the 50 plus group, so waiting for the results.
  4. Decided to move from the Open group to the 50+ group. Weather was stunning today and 100km into the race it looked like a bunch sprint. Three guys had other plans and launched a nuclear attack and got away. Well done boys. The group was joined with the 60+ group, still not a big group.
  5. I like. Last year & was a small group and got swallowed up by 1A after Wynberg Hill.
  6. How big is the & group? Also seeded in this group. Turned the 50 last year.

I'm calling todays race The 99 Fast and Furious guys. Lucky to get $ dollar number for today. Saw at least 5 punctures, but thank goodness no crashes. Beautiful weather for a race.
  8. Seems like no where is safe anymore.
  9. The best news I've heard in a long time. Awesome!
  10. Please let us know who you will be using in the future.
  11. I'm sorry for your loss. Hope the bike is retrieved. Surely the iPhone ping is the best lead one can follow?
  12. Adjust the height of the tow bar using an off the shelf plate. Can't be done on some tow bars, those where the ball slides in and locks with a pin.
  13. Yoh Learning mtb skills are easier on some bikes than others. Skills like manual and American bunnyhop. So, I hear you asking how much travel to get. That depends on what level you want to take your riding. Big jumps and gnarly downhill sections require lots of travel. Beginners typically don't do this because you'll die. I advise you to get the Slade or similar with a slack head tube angle. It'll feel more stable. Everybody starting out wants a black sworks because it wins the Epic, but that's not a bike to learn on. Good luck and don't forget heels down on the downhill, and look ahead.
  14. Bought this beast from a hubber a few weeks ago. Injury keeps me off the trails for now.
  15. Any recommendations for a Chiro in the southern suburbs to reset an SI joint?
