Depends what you want. GCN (Global Cycling Network) on YouTube has a good video to watch, only a few minutes. I needed one ASAP and will limited cash so I went for the Stages as it was available. Picked up the Dura Ace Model for 7k. It only measures left hand side power (then multiplies by 2) thus assuming an equal balance and whenever I give the bike a thorough wash it freaks out and I have to change the battery - even with using a packet or insulation tape. But it has been my most effective piece of training equipment as I can use it on m R800 IDT as well as on the road. Looking back if I had to change I would get one in the spider as it gives a left/right balance (Think its the sram quark [spelling]). and you have it if you change wheels, which ruled out a hub power meter. Good luck, you will only realise how amazing training with power is when you try it!

Hi Hubbers I am in Cape Town very briefly in December (17-20) before heading to Plett for training. I am looking for 2 things: 1) A nice long group ride on the morning of Sunday the 18th. I normally ride at a club ride 'A' level. 2) A good long stretch where I can do good 10 minute interval sessions during the week. I am staying in Green Point but am happy to drive somewhere if need be. If anybody can reccomend a group ride and a place to do these intervals please let me know Thanks

They are proper beautiful. The red would match my bike amazingly. Unfortunately mine came with a black one. But luckile nobody sees the saddle when they come flying past me

Never really had a love or any feeling towards saddles until I got a Fizik Arione. Never thought I would ever change saddles. But the bike I just bought comes with the Power and reading this thread has put my mind at ease. May report back here after I have ridden it after finding time to slip in a bike setup, just been really busy. Looking forward

Strava seems to make errors often. There is a segment by my house I wanted to KOM. So I checked the average speed of the current KOM - 28kmh. So I blitsed it up the hill, started off at 32kmh and never dropped below 26 kmh. Strava comes back saying I averaged 24kmh. Must have the distance wrong on the strava side... Begs the question of what is the real average speed of all the other segment holders?
